Terri Schindler-Schiavo Is Dead

Michael Schiavo, George "the attorney of death" Felos, and the ACLU have succeeded in committing legal murder. Now this case will become precedent in every challenge the ACLU makes to legalize euthanasia and assisted suicide. These are sick, evil people. My condolences go out to Bob and Mary Schindler and the rest of their family.

I guess the way to start this is to define Euthanasia and Assisted Suicide. Voluntary euthanasia: When the person who is killed has requested to be killed. Non-voluntary: When the person who is killed made no request and gave no consent. Iinvoluntary euthanasia: When the person who is killed made an expressed wish to the contrary. Assisted suicide: Someone provides an individual with the information, guidance, and means to take his or her own life with the intention that they will be used for this purpose. When it is a doctor who helps another person to kill themselves it is called "physician assisted suicide." Euthanasia By Action: Intentionally causing a person's death by performing an action such as by giving a lethal injection. Euthanasia By Omission: Intentionally causing death by not providing necessary and ordinary (usual and customary) care or food and water. These are the definitions that I was able to find on the National Right To Life website. Also on their website is a quote from former Surgeon General C. Everett Koop, MD, which I will employ later. The ACLU has on numerous occasions acted on the behalf of individuals who wish to end a life in violation of local, state, or federal law. It seems to me, that if there is a legal proceeding involving the death of anybody, the ACLU has to stick their nose in it. And always on the wrong side. If it's a convicted serial killer, the ACLU will file briefs to keep the needle out of his arm. But if it involves abortion, euthanasia, or assisted suicide, they file on behalf of the party doing the killing. And on that point, former Surgeon General C. Everett Koop, MD said, "... We must be wary of those who are too willing to end the lives of the elderly and the ill. If we ever decide that a poor quality of life justifies ending that life, we have taken a step down a slippery slope that places all of us in danger. There is a difference between allowing nature to take its course and actively assisting death. The call for euthanasia surfaces in our society periodically, as it is doing now under the guise of "death with dignity" or assisted suicide. Euthanasia is a concept, it seems to me, that is in direct conflict with a religious and ethical tradition in which the human race is presented with " a blessing and a curse, life and death," and we are instructed '...Therefore, to choose life." I believe 'euthanasia' lies outside the commonly held life-centered values of the West and cannot be allowed without incurring great social and personal tragedy. This is not merely an intellectual conundrum. This issue involves actual human beings at risk..." . And he's right. By allowing individuals to end their own lives, assisting in their efforts to end their own lives, or facilitating conditions in which a disabled dependent person would un-naturally encounter death, we as a society are guilty of assisting in the death. And state sponsored killing isn't something that is consistent with the principles of this great country. The Terri Shindler-Schiavo right to live case is a perfect example of what is wrong with these types of decisions. No written consent signed by Terri has been produced to allow the withholding of food and water. She was in no eminent danger of dying of her injuries and was not on life support. Her husband has been withholding treatment and diagnostic procedures that could give doctors a better understanding of her true condition. He has spent the better part of the last 7 years fighting court battles for the right to euthanize his wife. He even went so far as to hire an attorney that drafted an amendment to the "life prolonging procedures" definition in the Florida law which allows the termination of such procedures. This amendment included artificial sustenance and hydration, and was drafted for the sole purpose of ending Terri Schindler-Schiavo's life. In other words, Euthanasia By Omission. The bottom line is, the ACLU is 100% behind the killing of the innocent, ill, elderly, and mentally challenged. But if a serial killer is about to get the needle, the ACLU files briefs pro bono to attempt to spare the life of the murder. It seems to me that their priorities are all screwed up. But what else is new.

Life And Death, Who Decides?

There are several strange occurrences surrounding the Terri Schiavo right to live case. First off, when Michael Schiavo hired George Felos in 1999, what do you think his first action was? He filed a petition to introduce H.R. 2131 in the Florida Legislature. H.R. 2131 is an amendment to section 765 (Civil Rights) of the Florida statutes. Amending Section 765.101, the legal definitions of "life prolonging procedures", to include, "INCLUDING ARTIFICIALLY PROVIDED SUSTENANCE AND HYDRATION, WHICH SUSTAINS, RESTORES, OR SUPPLANTS A SPONTANEOUS VITAL FUNCTION." It became law on 1 October 1999. In other words, he wrote the law which is enabling the court to order Terri's feeding tube to be removed. Interesting isn't it? These two men have been doing whatever it takes to end Terri's life. Add this to allegations of trouble in the marriage, the sudden unexplained reason which put her in this state, the infidelity, allegations of abuse, the suspension of therapy, the late revelation that it was Terri's wish to be put to death, and the full frontal assault on the judicial system to get to the point which she is in. In my opinion, Michael Shiavo and George Felos have conspired to use the legal system to kill Terri Schindler-Schiavo. Why? Let's explore that. First off Terri was a devout Catholic. So ending her life in this way would be considered a sin. Next, her injuries are not life threatening. Terri has been denied the ability to receive modern treatments which could have sparked improvement. Next there is the allegations of abuse. A doctor who examined Terri states that he feels that Terri could have been strangled. Isn't that interesting? He has also stated that Terri isn't in a PVS but rather in a limited conscience state. Michael has not allowed new diagnostic methods to be used on Terri. Why? Michael's attorney goes to the state legislature to push through the very amendment to the law which is allowing the only judge who has heard arguments to rule in Michael's favor. In our criminal justice system, you only have to raise the possibility of reasonable doubt to get acquitted of the crime. There is plenty here to assume that reasonable doubt is present. So how is it that she is being put to death? Because Michael and his attorney are monsters. Judge Greer is incompetent. And he has allowed Michael and his attorney to play the system to the point of abuse. If he recognizes this, he can't change his rulings for fear that this becomes known. And if he doesn't see that he's been played, then he's in on it. This case has more holes in it that Swiss cheese. I can see this and I'm not an attorney. If I were on a jury hearing this evidence, I'd see enough circumstantial evidence that something was wrong with their marriage. Something that may have contributed to Terri's injuries. I am only speculating, but I feel that Michael attempted to kill Terri. And when that didn't work, he used his position as her guardian to keep her condition from improving. I believe the nurses who have attested to abuse in the nursing facilities. I take them at their sworn word, as stated in their sworn affidavits. I believe the Doctor who examined Terri for 90 minutes over the Doctor who examined her for 45 minutes and testified that she was in PVS. In my opinion, this PVS position is designed for the express intent to end Terri's life. As long as she cannot communicate her own wishes, she cannot tell the truth as to what happened to her. In a nutshell, this is murder. Plain and simple. And these people had better make sure that there is no trail. Because when she's gone, I don't see the Schindlers giving up on this. I see an investigation on the horizon. One that is going to blow up in a Judge's face. I just hope that when the dirt starts to fly, the media pays as much attention to it as they are now. These monsters need to be stopped. But unfortunately it won't be in time. And it occurs to me, that George Felos's membership on the board of a Hospice, seems kind of fishy. Something is rotten in Denmark, and it smells like George Felos.

The ACLU Strong Arms Arkansas School District

The Beebe School District in Arkansas agreed to remove disclaimer stickers that they had placed in the front of Science text books. These stickers advised students that evolution was just one theory to the origin of man. The ACLU advised the school district that unless the stickers were removed from the text books, they would suffer the expense of costly litigation. This is just another example of the ACLU using the costly expenses of court proceedings as a way to terrorize America into submitting to it's atheistic agenda. This sticker just suggested that evolution is a theory. And although it's the predominant theory, it is still just a theory. A growing theory of the origins of man is Intelligent Design. To be perfectly honest, whether you believe in Creation or Evolution, how can any of us dismiss the other? Isn't it just possible that God created Adam from dust and Eve from one of his ribs in one little portion of the world while man was evolving in the rest of it? Isn't it possible that the evolution of man was by God's design? I believe so. All that the stickers did, was to offer the student the option of keeping an open mind about the theories. It didn't force any religious thought on anyone. If a student who doesn't believe, read the sticker and dismissed it, that is his/her option. But to dismiss the idea of Divine Intervention is robbing our children of the possibilities that what they learn in Sunday School was involved. All that proponents of Intelligent Design are asking is that we allow our children to keep an open mind when it comes to these theories. Let the children decide. Give them the scientific evidence of evolution while teaching it as a theory. By teaching it as absolute truth, children are becoming confused when their religious teachings contrast those of the school. And how can the children believe either when they don't compliment each other. The atheists at the ACLU want to turn our nation into non-believing, dope smoking, baby killers who have no compassion or use for the elderly and disabled. And they are using our own court system against us. We need to stand up to these un-Americans. We need to bring back the values that made us the strongest and most compassionate nation in the world.

A Departure From The Norm

I'm going to take today and depart from my normal tone. Last night on FoxNews Channel, I saw a report on wounded US Soldiers at Walter Reed Medical Center. It seems that the US Army has announced that some soldiers with amputated limbs are going to be permitted to remain in the Army. It was refreshing to see, that not only is the Army allowing some of these soldiers to stay in, but that so many soldiers are willing to. These guys, and gals, have paid a horrible cost for us to be here safe and sound; and arguing our viewpoints under their protection. So far 8 soldiers have been approved to return to active duty. We have been trying to tell our disabled citizens that a physical impairment shouldn't be an obstacle to the engagement of their chosen vocation. And now, the Army is taking this to heart. Soldiers with artificial legs and arms will be permitted to continue to do a job that they love. Serving the people of the United States of America. And I applaud them. Michael Schiavo has broken down and is allowing an autopsy to be performed on Terri after her death. Big of him isn't it. There have been some reports that suggest that an autopsy is required in cases such as this. So I think that his attorney convinced him that since one will be done anyway, it would make him look better if he went on record insisting that one be performed so that the public can know the extent of Terri's injuries. But he still insists that Terri be cremated and buried in his family plot. The Schindlers wish to have a Catholic funeral and buried in Florida where they can visit her grave. Michael has had everything his way so far, why won't he just give the Schindlers back their daughter? Why must he be so evil? Asking those questions is like asking Hitler why he murdered the Jews or Saddam why he gassed the Kurds. He's just plain evil. I've not touched on the Michael Jackson case to this point because I don't think that it's worthy of coverage. But some of the upcoming testimony is going to be potentially damning to Michael. Let's face it, he's weird. And if these allegations are true, it wouldn't surprise me. He has been slipping downhill ever since his "Bad" album. Richard Jeni uses a one man type skit in his latest special. Taking the position of the prosecuting attorney he says, "Ladies and Gentlemen of the Jury, there he is. The Prosecution rests." Let's face it, Michael Jackson is as strange as a $3.oo bill. And if he isn't guilty of these charges, the fact remains that he brought this upon himself. And if he is, put him in a cell next to Scott Peterson. But then again, Michael in the General Population would be a good thing I think.
And what about the copyright case being heard by the Supreme Court today? It seems to me, that the software development companies cannot be held responsible for abuses by users. And to be honest, what is the difference if someone copies a cd and gives it to a friend or transfers it via email or through a file sharing program? Or what about downloading (legally), and your computer is on a local area network that shares files? There is no difference. I personally like to copy my cd's and play the copies so that the one that I bought doesn't get scratched. Is that illegal? And I think that I've read somewhere that most of the people who download music usually end up buying the cd anyway. So what's the difference? I'm not advocating the illegal downloading of music to intentionally break the copyright. I just don't see how it can be policed. And on that same note, it seems to me that the 2 industries who are the most liberal in the world, the motion picture industry and the music industry, are awful concerned about the losses in revenue. So what do they actually believe? In a Socialist or Communist society, anything produced is for the benefit of the people. There is no personal gain involved. It seems to me, that the movie and music industries are being a little hypocritical. Agree with me or not, that is the way I think. Have a good day.

The Removing Of Faith In America

Today is the Annual White House Easter Egg Roll. I'm wondering how long it's going to take to remove that event from the calendar. Or how about the end to the Presidential pardon of the Thanksgiving turkey? And what about Thanksgiving, Christmas, and St. Patrick's Day parades? These are all traditions as old as our nation itself. Thanksgiving is a holiday in which we give thanks to our creator for a good harvest. St. Patrick brought Christianity, and more specific Catholicism, to Ireland. Christmas celebrates the birth of Christ and Easter the Resurrection of the Holy Spirit. Because our nation was founded by Christians, these holidays have become part of the framework of our country. But as important as our Christian beliefs are, the beliefs of Jewish, Muslim, Buddhist, and other religious sects are just as important. We should be celebrating our diversity not shunning it. How do we learn about our fellow Americans without celebrating our common heritage? No people with the exception of native Americans started here. We brought these beliefs here. And because all of them are practiced here, they are all part of our common heritage. It would be nice to understand why the customs of other religious beliefs are practiced. And just because I'm Christian, should I refrain from honoring the traditions of my Jewish and Muslim neighbors? If they fast during the daylight hours on their religious holiday, should I not do the same as a way of accepting the customs of my neighbor? As long as those customs don't violate the teachings of my religion, I would say it would be a way to better experience God. We can all learn how to better experience our faith if we understand those of others. And we should not be prevented from that experience. By removing the public celebrations of religious holidays, we are robbing ourselves a chance to better understand our neighbors. And understanding of others leads to peace. Our state and local governments are so afraid of costly court proceedings that they are removing our public celebrations. The states, cities, towns, and villages of our country have enough of a financial burden to overcome. We have a mounting drug problem. Poverty is on the rise. Industry is leaving our country in seek of less expensive business environments. It is a fact, than when people are in distress, religious participation increases. This is natural. But groups like the ACLU have our communities handcuffed. And so an already depressed situation becomes worse. Say no to the terrorist activities of organizations like the ACLU. Say yes, to American family values and religious tolerance. Celebrate our religious diversity and understand each other. Practice your beliefs and invite others to join in. If asked to join in another's belief, weigh it against the teachings of your faith and if there is no conflict, experience God in a different light. Be inclusive not exclusive. We are all God's children, become closer to him any way available. Practices like these lead to understanding and peace. And that should be the ultimate goal.

It is Easter. The day that Jesus rose from the grave and ascended to the Father of the world. On this day let us reflect on our own lives. Remember the sacrifice of the Lord and why it is important to help others. Celebrate our faith. Pray for those who are sick and distressed. Enjoy the company of your families. And think of those who have been so recently taken away from us. As the children search for eggs, remember Jessica Marie Lunsford, Jetseta Marrie Gage, and all the victims of the recent school shooting and their combined families. And above all, remember Terri Schiavo and the Schindlers. May the Lord be with them all on this day.

The Oppression Of America

The ACLU has all of our local and state governments so afraid that they will be dragged off to court, that our basic freedoms are being removed. The 1st Amendment clearly states, "Congress shall make no law respecting the establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people to peaceably assemble, and to petition the government for redress of grievances." But our freedoms of speech, press, and religion are being degraded. Christmas has been turned into Winter Festival. The Easter Bunny has been turned into the Garden Bunny. We cannot assemble in a publicly owned park and erect a nativity scene. We cannot erect a Star of David or a Cross on public property. The Pledge of Allegiance is no longer recited at the beginning of the school day. There is an effort to not teach the Declaration of Independence because it contains the word creator. During the Russian Revolution one of the first establishments to be forbidden was that of religion. Books were burned and assembly of the people was banned. In Nazi Germany, religion was banned, books were burned, and anyone voicing an opinion against the state and it's leader, Hitler, were imprisoned or killed. Do you see a common thread yet? And now it's happening here. Not by force, by the abuse of the courts. The American Civil Liberties Union is a farce. They have no interest in defending your civil liberties. Don't fall into that trap. They are attempting to give our protections to terrorists who are sworn to destroy our way of life. By doing so, they are collaborating with the enemies of our country. And this collaboration is bordering on treason. By threatening our cash-strapped local and state governments with expensive court proceedings, the ACLU is eroding the foundations of this country. They advocate the legalization of illicit drugs, same-sex marriage, euthanasia, Constitutional protections for foreign terrorists who are not inside of the United States, the removal of Christian and Jewish icons from public life, a Constitutional right to privacy (which doesn't exist), the ending of the Patriot Act, Constitutional protections to illegal aliens, voter registration of convicted felons, the list goes on and on. But yet, we allow them to threaten us. We are allowing them to cowtail us in to accepting behavior as normal which isn't. Remember the Russian Revolution, Nazi Germany, and that common thread. This country was founded by Protestants who escaped the tyrannical authority of the King of England and his church. When our founding fathers drafted the Constitution in 1787, religious tolerance was at the heart of their efforts. And during our history, we have accepted into our country those of different cultures and faiths and they are all now Americans. These should be celebrated not suppressed. We should be allowing the celebration of all culture and religion. Because the more we understand our ethnic and religious diversity, the better we understand the world. The moral bankruptcy of this evil organization is best represented by their advocating an end of capital punishment as they help an abusive husband murder his wife and advocate the murder of innocent children. This organization and it's total lack of respect for America makes me sick. I'm calling on all who believe in morality and integrity, to stand up and be heard. Before they are successful in ending our right to say what we wish, be heard. Join us in bringing to light the evils of this Anti-Christian, Anti-Jewish, Anti-American organization. ACLU Defends Underage Students Caught At BoozeFeast

According to the Baltimore Sun Times, Police were summoned to a house at which 75 persons under the age of 21 were consuming alcohol and drugs. Police found more than 300 cans of beer and a cache of hard liquor. 14 students who were members of the local high school's spring sports teams were suspended for violating the school athletic code which forbids attendance at parties where drugs and alcohol are used. And now the Most Dangerous Organization In America is involved. Apparently some parents of the suspended athletes alerted the ACLU to their plight. The ACLU has taken a position against the school's ability to forbid activities which do not occur on school grounds. Hogwash. These kids knew the policy when they signed up to play their sport. Next the ACLU states that police questioning students, who attended the party, on school grounds was improper. Excuse me! This is a criminal investigation and these students were involved. They are in the care of the state therefore they can be questioned. This falls into the same boat with searching of school lockers. It's state or city property you morons! The ACLU's attorney stated that "parents not the schools should decide if their kids attend those parties." Even if we give them that one, it's the school not the parents who decide whether a student is eligible to participate in a sports program. I actually agree that the parents have the responsibility of deciding if their child can attend those parties. But I also believe that if there is illicit activities occurring at those parties, the parents are responsible for any criminal activity resulting from their permission allowing their child to attend. All 75 minors should be charged in court for under-age consumption of alcoholic beverages. All those who were under the influence of illicit drugs should be charged with being under the influence of a controlled substance. And they should all be sent to a juvenile detention facility. Then the owners of the house where the party took place should be arrested on 75 counts of providing alcohol to minors, drug trafficking, contributing to the delinquency of minors, and child endangering. Any party participants who were over 21 should also be charged. And those parents who permitted their child to attend the party should be charged also. Come on people, what is it going to take. Date rape drugs were suspected of being in use. How can anyone allow a party in a house to be attended by 75 minors? Every aspect of this case is wrong. I'm sick and tired of hearing about these bleeding heart socialists at the ACLU taking a position which advocates the commission of crimes. What we have here is an organization made up of a bunch of 60's hippy dope smoking moonbats and their offspring. And anything goes with those idiots.

Bloggers Covered Under Media Exemption

It seems that the statements by Commissioner Bradley Smith of the FEC were a bit pre-mature. He stated, "the freewheeling days of political blogging and online punditry are over." I guess that he didn't poll the whole Commission before making those statements. Yesterday, 2 of the 6 Commissioners made public their proposals regarding rules changes at the FEC. Commissioner Ellen L. Weintraub and Commission Vice Chairman Michael E. Toner both released statements on the proposed changes in the rules regarding the internet. The bottom line of both is, that blogging is covered under the media exemption to the law. Since Commissioner Smith's comments last month, the Commission and Congress have been bombarded with emails concerned with free speech objections. I think that we can consider this a victory regardless of which political ideology you subscribe to. Commissioner Toner stated, "Bloggers on both the left and the right are increasingly serving as important checks on traditional media outlets." And Commissioner Wientraub states, "...the focus of this agency is campaign finance. We are not the speech police. The FEC does not tell private citizens what they can and cannot say on the internet and elsewhere." She does go on to address the issue of political advertising and spam emailing which is something that I would hope all of us are against. So to our political opponents I will say way to go. Effort To Hush Political Bloggers

This is a re-posting from the 9th of March. We need to take action on this folks. This is just plain ignorance.

"Bradley Smith says that the freewheeling days of political blogging and online punditry are over. In just a few months, he warns, bloggers and news organizations could risk the wrath of the federal government if they improperly link to a campaigns Web site. Even forwarding a political candidate's press release to a mailing list, depending on the details, could be punished by fines. Smith should know. He's one of the six commissioners at the Federal Election Commission, which is beginning the perilous process of extending a controversial 2002 campaign finance law to the Internet."
I see this as an assault on our way of life. How can the Federal Elections Commission dictate what I can and can't print in my blog. If I link to a campaign, it's because the candidate needs support. This isn't millions of dollars of support, no. If anything a couple of hundred at best. Far within the regulations for single contributions. And what ever happened the the to the 10th Amendment? "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people." There is no provision in the Constitution dealing with Campaign Finance nor Prohibition of the states to regulate it. And what happened to the 1st Amendment, "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances." Isn't regulation of blogs in relation to content, a violation of the this amendment? In a literal definition, blogs can be classified as the press. But first and foremost, it's speech. As long as the content isn't libelous, governmental interference of the freedom of speech is forbidden by the United States Constitution.
If I can link my blog to a campaign site, there is nothing requiring anyone who uses the site to contribute to the campaign. The choice is ultimately up to the websurfer and not up to me or the candidate. And as the newest form of the press, I feel that I have a duty to inform my readers of press releases of candidates, elected officials, and government employees. As long as I do not use their content as if it were authored by me, copyright protections remain in effect. So how can a Commissioner of the Federal Election Commission dictate what I can and cannot post to my blog. The answer, they can't. The left is losing. And this is an effort to silence the majority of Americans. Until modern technology allowed this forum, the free flow of conservative thought was limited to the printed word. Hence the term "the silent majority." Well, we aren't silent anymore and the MSM is sweating. Newspaper and Magazine editorials are political mouthpieces for liberals. Add to that the news departments of ABC, NBC, CBS, and CNN you get an influx of liberal thought and very little conservative thought. The broadcast news agencies think nothing of ridiculing talk radio, The Rush Limbaugh Show, Tony Snow, Bill O'Reilly, and others have to deal with the criticism of the MSM. Why? Because they advocate conservative thought to counter the liberal slant of the MSM. So now it's our turn. And unless we stop this effort now, we will be gagged and forbidden from doing the valuable service that we have done thus far.
Conservative bloggers are two for two in major efforts. First taking down Dan Rather and exposing the document fraud that he and his news department attempted to use to pull the wool over the collective eyes of America. And more recently, exposing the traitorous comments made by Eason Jordan of CNN. The forcing of his resignation was the second major victory of conservative blogging. What has left-wing bloggers accomplished? Not much. They succeeded in getting a conservative blogger kicked out of White House Press Briefings. We take out two big fish and they go after a minnow. So now their answer to silence us is to take our ammunition away. And violating our Constitutional rights in the process. Subjecting blogging to a law which is Unconstitutional at best. The 2002 campaign finance reform law is in violation of the 10th Amendment. Congress isn't expressly given the task of regulating election law by the Constitution. And the Constitution doesn't forbid the states from doing so. Therefore, if a law is written governing campaign finance, it should be written by the states. And as such, applied to the state in which it has passed. Send a message to your elected officials that any attempt to silence us will come back to haunt them three fold. The major broadcasters have been without a true journalist since the retirement of Walter Cronkite. And in Walter's words, "And that's the way it is."

The Cedar Rapids Police Department and Iowa State Police have issued an Amber Alert late Thursday night after a girl was apparently abducted. Jetseta Marrie Gage, a 10 year old white female, 4' 6" tall 90 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes. Was last seen wearing an orange coat and purple pants. Jetseta is mentally challenged. Police are looking for Roger Paul Bentley, 37 years, white male, 6' 1" 265 lbs., blond hair and hazel eyes. He has a tattoo on his right shoulder and was last seen wearing a flannel shirt. Bentley is a registered sexual preditor. Bentley's vehicle is a black and silver 1982 Nissan King Cab pickup with a silver camper top. Iowa license 392-MIZ. Good Friday

Today is Good Friday. A day that us Christians should be reflecting on the sacrifice of our Lord and Savior Jesus. But today, there is another suffering, Terri Schiavo. It is my understanding that Terri and her family are devout Catholics. So I will ask that all of us who are of a Christian faith, to remember Terri and her family in our daily reflections. Today is the day that Jesus was taken from the cross and put into his tomb. Our faith tells us on the 3rd day, he arose from the tomb and appeared before his disciples. And this is the basis of the Easter holiday. Not bunnies that leave colored eggs hidden in your back yard. But as children are out in the yard seeking those all so precious colored eggs, remember the basis of the holiday. Remember why we celebrate Easter. Remember that our sins have been forgiven and the sacrifice for those sins. And remember, Terri Schiavo and the Schindlers. I guess you can figure that I'm not much on this ACLU separation of church and state BS. I am by nature not very devout Christian. But I do believe. I believe in the sanctity of human life. I believe that every life has merit. My aversion to abortion is that most women who get abortions are getting them for birth control. This is wrong. Abortions should be reserved for cases of rape, incest, and in the event that the carrying the child to full term would endanger the life of the mother. Wholesale abortions for the purpose of birthcontrol needs to be ended. Senator Hillary Clinton stated that she believes that abortion should be safe, legal, and rare. Well it's safe and legal, but it's not so rare. The whole reason why it's legal is because the Supreme Court decided that they should make law instead of interpret the application of law. According to the United States Constitution, the creation of law begins in the House of Representatives not the Supreme Court. But the high court, with the Roe v Wade decision, took Pandora out of her box and now she's running a muck. The latest example of this is Judge Greer in Florida. He decided to quash a Congressional subpoena. In my opinion, he should be charged with Contempt of Congress. And endangering the life of a federal witness. He also decided that an executive order from the Governor of Florida wasn't worthy of consideration by ordering the feeding tube be removed. Both initiatives were intended to give the court time to reconsider other possibilities. Claims that of domestic violence and new testimony from Doctors who haven't been heard by the court could reverse some of the decisions that have been made. The bottom line is, Terri should live. Not because I believe that every life is worthy of saving, but that there is too much in the gray for a decision condemning her to death. Is this really what Terri wanted? Seeing how she's Catholic, I doubt it. Legislation should be considered in all 50 states governing right to live and die issues. My personal belief is that unless there is a DNR or a Living Will establishing the wishes of the patient, no one can remove any life saving measures. Just saying that everyone should consider making a Living Will just won't do it. The ambiguity needs to be removed. Unless the wishes of the patient are written in a legal document, no decision regarding life saving measures should be made. Especially when the risk of death from the injuries is not eminent. By denying food and water to a patient, we are unilaterally deciding the patient suffer a death that we don't even allow for those who commit the most monstrous of crimes. And there is something wrong with that happening. So on this Good Friday, we should all reflect upon where we have allowed our civilization to go. We should reflect on if this is what we want for ourselves and our children. We should think about any changes that we should be making in the way we live and the direction of our country. Those of us who have decided to get so involved with our way of life to express our feelings in blogs and on websites, need to lead the charge of public opinion. Whether you agree with me or not, debate needs to happen. Debate is healthy in our society. This is how our elected officials get the word on how we think. So get involved. Think of your position. Research all angles of that position before you argue it. And finally, make it known.

The Evil ACLU's Wish To Legalize Illicit Drugs

First off I'd like to apologize for my tardiness. This posting should have happened yesterday, but my ISP wasn't co-operating. The ACLU's Drug Policy is outlined on their national website. On their website you will find a mission statement and a list of current court cases that the ACLU is involved with. Their drug policy is named the ACLU Drug Law Reform Project or DLRP. The mission statement states, "The DLRP uses the Constitution as armor against the abuses of the War On Drugs. The project selects and litigates cases aimed at overturning policies, which infringe on Constitutionally protected rights." I've read through as much material that I can find on the 15 cases listed on the site. The common thread in the majority of the cases is the right to privacy. I would like someone to tell me where in the Constitution it guarantees a right to privacy. No where that I can find. Among the court cases there are 2 dealing with the ability of law enforcement to search schools for illicit drugs. Excuse me, these are children. Even if you concede a right to privacy, children have no expectation of it. In the strict sense, children aren't really citizens yet. They cannot vote, own property, be taxed, own securities, or be conscripted to service in the military. Add to that fact that the school is the property of the local government and they can dictate policy governing possession of illegal substances on their property. Next, there is a case relating to the mandatory drug testing of welfare recipients in Michigan. Well it occurs to me that if they are drawing public funds, they should be subject to the same policies as public employees. Not to mention that since they are drawing public funds due to their lack of income, then how are they able to purchase drugs? Apparently if they have money to buy drugs, they can afford to live without public funding. There is another case along these lines, having to do with the eviction of people from public housing projects for use and/or trafficking in illicit drugs. Well, I'm sure when these people were granted housing in these project areas, that the drug policy was explained to them. And by accepting the terms of their acceptance in the housing program, they agreed to those terms. So being engaged in conduct in violation of their agreement, the Housing Authority should have the right to enforce their policy. Add to that my previous argument. These are housing developments funded by public tax dollars. Next, is a suit claiming that a Public Transit Authority is censoring free speech by forbidding advertisement of Drug Reform Initiatives. Well there are three arguments for this one. Public Transit Authorities are funded by tax dollars. The same arguments for the school system, housing projects, and welfare systems also apply here. Then there is the fact that no political advertisement can be made on publicly held property. This can be seen as the government as advocating the issue or candidate who is advertising. Then there is the fact that it advocates legalizing something that is currently illegal. Next, there are the needle exchange programs. These are programs which promote the use of illegal drugs. By supplying clean needles to addicts, they are perpetuating the use of these harmful substances by these people. The contra argument would be that it is a public health issue. No it isn't. If you eliminated the existence of the substances, then there would be no need for the needles. Another example of a well intentioned program that misses the target. The bottom line is that the ACLU takes on cases that are against the common good. If they were truly in search of protecting the civil rights of all Americans, why were they assisting Michael Schiavo kill his wife? Why do they advocate legalizing substances that pose a substantial health risk to all who engage in that culture? The quest for the next high has lead to prostitution, burglary, armed robbery, muggings, and other crimes. The addict will do anything to get his next fix. To legalize this would increase these crimes. Which would infringe on the Constitutional Rights of us all. "We the people, of the United States of America in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the blessings of Liberty, to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America." These are our basic rights and the responsibilities of our government. The legalization of drugs would put at risk the establishments of justice, domestic tranquility, our common defense, and general welfare. By allowing these individuals to roam the Earth in search of a way to secure another dose of their drug of choice, we are putting ourselves and our liberties at risk. But yet the organization who professes that they are attempting to guarantee rights given us by the Constitution, they sure have their priorities all screwed up. And your right to do or not to do something can never interfere with my rights of the same. It is a fact, that drug use leads to other crimes. And that puts all of us at risk.

Spreading the Advancement of Communism in America

John Kerry's very good friend on her landmark "Patriotic" visit to North Vietnam in 1972. Upon her return, Hanoi Jane claimed that American POWs being held in North Vietnam were being treated well and not being tortured. We can look back on this as a landmark in Hollywood liberalism and see it for what it was. Communist advancement in the United States via the influences of Hollywood. And John Kerry's approval of such activities puts him in the same boat with the most wanted US War Criminal of all time. Hanoi Jane Fonda. Even though the decades have passed, the Anti-American sentiment out of Hollywood has advanced the truths that the House Un-American Activities Committee were in search of. Communist influence in the motion picture industry is more evident now than in the 1950s. No further evidence need be put forth than this picture of Hanoi Jane with NVA soldiers in Hanoi in 1972. This picture was taken of Jane as she sat on the seat of a NVA anti-aircraft gun. A gun that was used to shoot down our brave pilots. The very ones that Jane claimed were being treated well and not being tortured. And this is the kind of person that John Kerry spent time with after his tour of duty in Vietnam. John and Jane campaigned against the war. And now, John Kerry is obstructing the release of his military records. I wonder why? Is it possible that his claims of being a war hero are false? Could it be that maybe he provided aid and comfort to the enemy? Well, we really don't need the release of his military records to prove that. Upon his discharge from the military, he provided aid and comfort to the enemy just by touring the United States with this War Criminal touting the end of the war. And this is someone who has maintained a seat in the U.S. Senate? This is a person that had an opportunity to run for President of the very country that he was aiding the enemies of? Every time that I see that smug a**hole on TV, I want to vomit. And the Dumocrats chose this person as their candidate. They put all their chips behind a War Criminal. And any of you Moonbats out there who dispute this fact and that it's your party's desire to turn this country into a Communist state I say, just look at the facts. I don't make up the news, I just report the facts. And it is evident that he intends on running for the Presidency again in 2008. These are the very people who advocate, fund, and promote the American Civil Liberties Union. These are the very people who teach at our country's universities, colleges, high schools, and elementary schools. Do you honestly trust your children in the hands of people who believe in the same ideals that Hanoi Jane promotes? I don't. And thank the almighty that I as of yet am not a father. Because I don't believe that a true education could be had in the public school systems and universities in this country. These are the very ideals that spawned the likes of Ward Churchill. Just think about it. Those dope smoking, anti-Christian, socialist, moonbats are teaching your children and filing lawsuits that they claim are securing the civil liberties of you and me. Not hardly. Now you know why the ACLU and the NTA (National Teacher's Association) are The Most Dangerous Organizations In America.

Judge James Whittemore

This is a Clinton appointee to the Federal Bench who was reported to be fair. Well it looks as though that he is just like every other liberal. He is a prime example why, those 10 appointments that are being held up by the Senate are so important. Clinton put more social liberals on the bench than any other President in history. He didn't even have the humanity enough to make his ruling immediately. He went home, enjoyed his dinner, slept all night, had his breakfast, and then said, oh yeah, motion denied. All while Terri laid in her bed in the Hospice, dying of hunger, thirst, and from latest reports suffering from an infection because the feeding tube wasn't properly removed. He is no better than Greer.

Terri's Case Day 3 Of Prolonged Death

It seems to me, that we are all missing something. How, can someone advocate the ending of the life of another, if that life is in no immediate danger of expiring without care? Terri's injuries and/or mental state are in no danger of killing her. This is evident by the neglect that has been ordered by her so called husband. He has not allowed her to be cared for as she should have been. Treatments that would have normally been open to her, have been withheld. Who are we to say that maybe by his refusal to provide the treatment that is open to her, he hasn't facilitated a decline in her condition? What we need is clarification on the guidelines governing the ending of treatment. It seems to me that it shouldn't have been an option since her life was in no immediate danger. It is a crime in the state of Florida to withhold food and water from a pet. In that case, Judge Greer's ruling is tantamount of stating to the world that Terri Schiavo is less of a life form than a house pet. And in doing so, he has violated her 14th amendment rights. On another side of this topic. How can Michael be allowed to make decisions on behalf of Terri? By his living with another woman, and having children with this woman, he is considered to have a "common law wife". If that is the case, having more than one wife is bigamy. And the last time I knew, bigamy is illegal in all 50 states.

Just pull out her feeding tube and let her starve. This is barbaric. And thank God that we have a majority in Congress and were able to get this bill passed by a vote of 203-58.
I would ask, that any of you who may be reading this, to take note if your Congressman/woman is listed above. And if so, seriously consider if you actually support them. Make sure that your Congressperson represents you not an ideology contrary to yours.
You kind of get the feeling that everyone in the state of Florida is out to insure that this woman dies. During my observation of the debate, only 2 Representatives from Florida stood in support of the bill. And Debbie Wasserman-Schultz rose twice to say the same crap twice. Representative Ginny Brown-Waite a Republican also stood against the bill.
It has occurred to me that each time I hear a Dumocrat in the Congress speak, the whinny voices get worse. Barney Frank, Sander Levin, and John Conyers are by far the worst of them.

Liberalism At It's Best

I was going through some blogs on my blogroll and I came across YoungPundit.com. So I read his blog and it's a good one. But I was shocked at what I saw. He said that he was surfing and came across this on a Liberal's blog. You won't believe what you read. Hat tip to YoungPundit.
"They pulled the plug on that dead Schiavo bitch, and it's about fucking time I say. If only we could do the same to the Pope. The case is a no-brainer, get it? I apologize. I stole that from some other guy's blog. But seriously, her brain has deteriorated to nothing but goo. It's literally nothing but spinal fluid. Her brain fucking melted! From a guy's perspective, I don't know why he'd want to pull the plug. He has it good. The bitch doesn't say a word, and she's *technically* alive so he can fuck the bitch whenever he wants! But whatever, I don't care why he wants her dead. That's not my business. The point is, he's in the precarious position that EVERY man would enjoy -- killing his wife LEGALLY! The bitch doesn't have a brain, there's no amount of rehabilitation that could resuscitate her, so you conservatives need to keep your hands off, and quit turning regular civilians into victims just to bolster public opinion of yourselves. Here's a newsflash, conservatives, Jesus isn't coming back any time soon to save that woman." A site called "Kill Every White Person". Check it out if you don't believe me. But caution, the language is kind of harsh.
So I don't ever want to hear from them that they have the best of intentions for the American people when they can publish trash like this. If this is indicative of the common feeling of the left, how can anyone be a liberal. If I were Alan Colmes, I would change parties. But sentiments like this doesn't surprise me coming out of Howard Dean's brand of Dumocrat.

Michael Schiavo A Modern Day Hitler

Or maybe I should say Henry VIII. There is no medical reason to disconnect the feeding tube of Terri Schiavo. None! Terri's injuries will not be the cause of her death, it will be starvation. This is a barbaric way to die. And that animal Michael, goes onto TV acting like the victimized husband who is having his personal decisions trampled on by the Congress. He is such a lousy excuse of a human being. If he needed a way out of the marriage, why didn't he just file for a divorce? The Schindler family is willing to accept all responsibility for her care. It is obvious that Michael doesn't care about Terri. He's living with another woman and has children with her. All while his legal wife lays dying in a Hospice on his order. He's a monster. And thank the Lord that we have elected leaders who recognize that this is wrong. The Congress, in the most sweeping way since the war in Afghanistan started, has acted to pass legislation with amazing speed (considering it's Congress).
I could understand the decision to disconnect the feeding tube, if she were brain dead, but she isn't. She's brain damaged. There is no machine pumping her blood. There is no machine making her breathe. There is no machine cleaning her blood for her kidneys. To rob her of food is an act of barbarism. And should be prosecuted as a crime. Haven't we lost enough good people this week? Let her live. Let the Schindler's decide what's best for their family. Michael has his own family now. And Terri isn't a part of it.

Help Bring Down The ACLU

The ACLU has been called "The Most Dangerous Organization In America." This is a true statement. It is one that has been coined by one of my favorite journalists, Bill O'Reilly. The ACLU is anything but what their name implies. American Civil Liberties Union, union is right. Union of Soviet Socialist Republics maybe. But as far as the rest of it, I don't think so. The only people that they are aimed at protecting the civil liberties for are foreign terrorists, people who wish to turn the United States into a drug haven, and those who seek to destroy religious organizations. Terrorists being detained at Guantanamo Bay were captured in a war zone. According to the Geneva Conventions, we are obligated to remove our prisoners from the field of battle and secure them in a location safe from the battle area. These are individuals who can be classified as enemy belligerent non-combatants. They were on the field of battle, not wearing uniforms (which is considered to be a visible sign recognizable from a distance), not necessarily carrying arms openly but never the less carrying arms, and taking up battle against our forces. These individuals have declared loyalties to someone who has declared war upon the United States. Therefore, they can be held, without being charged, until the end of hostilities upon which we have an obligation. We either charge them with war crimes or send them home. However, since they are not classified as POWs, they are subject to being charged with violation of the laws of war and tried by a military tribunal. The ACLU would have you believe that they are entitled to representation by American attorneys and tried in federal court. I would agree, had they been captured in the United States, were citizens of the United States, or if we were holding them inside of the United States. But they weren't captured in the United States, and are not citizens, and we aren't holding them inside of the United States. So what does the ACLU do? They sue the Secretary of Defense. So, we start sending them back to their home countries, and now they are trying to stop us from doing that. I wish that these bozos would make up their minds. We are not going to give them the very protections which they are trying to destroy. So either they need to let the Department of Defense handle their prisoners according to accepted international law, or let us send them back to where they came from. Not were we found them, to the country where they have citizenship. If they are tortured when they get there, the ACLU would only have themselves to blame. But they are not entitled to civil liberties which we cannot even guarantee to one of our own citizens, Terri Shiavo. The ACLU actually helped Michael Shiavo file the briefs which ultimately contributed to Terri's Law being struck down by the Florida Supreme Court. And yesterday, under court order, Terri's doctors removed a feeding tube which was supplying her with the nutrients that are keeping her alive. She will die in about 5-7 days of dehydration and starvation. Not of her injuries, of being denied sustenance. And why are we torturing this woman? Because her husband is being selfish and the ACLU helped. We can put Terri Schiavo through a torturous death but we can't attempt to extract information from terrorists who are hell bent on destroying our way of life. Something is wrong with that. So what can we do about the ACLU? We can shine the light of truth upon them. We can expose them for what they are. We can do whatever it takes to exercise our rights of free speech to combat the evil that they advocate. It is a liberal organization which is hell bent on killing our way of life. A website has been created called Stop The ACLU.org, and a blog by the same name Stop the ACLU to bring to light the criminal ways of this fraudulent organization. From those two sites, a grassroots blogging organization is being started. We wish to start a weekly blogging group where we tackle a subject related to bringing light to an injustice perpetrated against the American people by the ACLU. And you can help. Couey Admits To Killing Jessica

Jessica Marie Lunsford has been reported to have been killed by her abductor John Evander Couey. Couey confessed to FBI investigators after completing a polygraph test. He told the examiner that he didn't need to know the results of the test because he already knew. Then he asked for the investigators to return. He apologized to the FBI investigators for wasting their time. What nerve.
What are we going to do about this? These sex offenders are getting out of prison with a requirement to be registered with authorities. If they should happen to move, they have up to 48 hours before they are required to report the move. Is it just me, or is there something wrong with this? It seems to me to be more prudent to required them to report in before they move and provide the information of where they are moving from and where they are moving to. And new sentencing guidelines need to be adopted. It seems to me that they need to be a little stronger. Crimes against children need to be as seriously punished as murder. I'm not totally against considering capital punishment in cases involving child predators. But one thing is certain, something needs to be done to protect our children from being harmed.
And finally, I'd like to express my sympathy to the family of Jessica. You have lost the most precious gift that our God can bestow upon us. She has been taken from you and nothing can replace her. We can only hope, that the justice system will deal with this monster as he should be dealt with. And we can try to put pressure on our lawmakers to pass laws to better track these monsters. I consider what has happened to your family as something that could have and should have been prevented.

Dumocrats Threaten Senate Shutdown

Senator Harry Reid and his hardcore liberal fatcats held a rally the troops session on Wednesday. "The news reports today said we want to shut down the Senate. That couldn't be anything further from truth," said Reid of Nevada. But yet, Senator Reid and his buddies warned that if Senate Republicans cancelled the judicial filibuster, that they would block all legislation. Excuse me, but who is doing the blocking? The Constitution does not require a super majority to bring a judicial nominee to a vote. It only requires a majority. However, it does take a super majority to stop a filibuster under Senate rules. The Senate Judiciary Committee votes today on the confirmation of William Myers to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Senate Republicans could use the Myers confirmation to force a vote to end the filibuster. Once debate starts, the Senate Majority Leader could call for a roll call vote to suspend the rules, which also takes a simple majority, and thus ending the Dumocrat filibuster. But Republican members would rather the Dumocrats answer one simple question. Why can't a nominee with 58 votes be seated on the bench? Keep in mind who the party of obstructionism is. Remember these dates and who is saying what. Because come next year's mid-term elections, the DNC rhetoric will be that the opposite is true. They will be claiming, and they've already started, that it was the GOP who shut down the Senate. But we here in the blogsphere need to keep the fire under the kettle and listen to the DNC whistle (to use a Ratherism). But there is another one of their strategies, silencing us. There is an effort to silence political bloggers. And since Conservative bloggers seem to be carrying more weight these days, it's got them scared. So they want to shut us up. Don't let them. Keep yelling, keep screaming, keep pointing out those hypocrites for what they are. Obstructionist.
They had a 46 year majority in the House and what did they do with it? Robbed us blind. Where did the Social Security Trust Fund go? It went into pork. Pork is the currency that Congress works on. It gets lousy Congressmen and Senators re-elected. The more federal funding that you can bring home to your district, the more votes you get. And Dumocrats have taken advantage of this since 1949. The worst being Sen. Robet Byrd (Dem WV), "the King of Pork". The Clinton budget surpluses are the result of the fiscal responsibility of the Contract With America. In a Republican controlled Congress. Interesting isn't it.

The Jessica Lunsford Case

The Citrus County, FL Sheriff is looking for this man, John Couey. Couey is being sought for questioning in connection with the disappearance of Jessica Marie Lunsford. Couey is a registered sex offender and was living in the Homosassa Springs Florida area when Jessica disappeared. Couey could not be found during a canvas of the area's registered sex offenders was done on the day of the disappearance.

Couey was last seen Sunday by the Savannah Georgia Police Department. If you've seen this person, please contact your local law enforcement officials. Let's help find this little girl.

Senate Approves Drilling In ANWR

The Senate today has approved in a 51-49 split along party lines to allow drilling in the Alaska National Wildlife Refuge. The administration contends that the drilling would take place within a 2,000 acre area along ANWRs coastal plain. Dumocrats contend that drilling in the refuge would disrupt calving caribou. They also contend that it would disrupt polar bears, musk oxen, and migratory birds. Their contention is, that although the limited drilling area is small in comparison to the total area of ANWR, the spider web of pipelines would disrupt the wildlife. It seems to me that was the same argument made before the building of the Alaskan Pipeline. If I'm not mistaken, the pipeline was built so that the migrating animals could pass under it.
This is just the DNC and Senate Dumocrats pandering to the environmental lobby. If the treehugger corps. had their way, we would abandon North America and leave it to the animals and plant life. For the love of Mike, PETA released a statement yesterday advising Vice President Cheney to take up bird watching and hiking when he retires instead of going fishing. They claimed that the fish on the end of the line is put through extreme agony. I have never heard anything that is so absurd in my entire life.
The drilling in ANWR, once started, should help ease this nation's dependency on foreign oil. And there my friends is the weakness in our armor. Without an independent source of oil, we would be crippled should all of our foreign sources stop shipping to us. So ANWR makes more sense in the post September 11th world that we live in. Now it needs to pass in the House.

Referendums And Their Constitutionality

In the state of California, they have a system in which the political power is expressly given to the people. This allows popular votes to pass laws. Last November, the state by referendum passed a law establishing marriage as that of a union between a man and a woman. In a sense outlawing gay/lesbian marriages. All this being said, yesterday, a Superior Court judge overturned the law by saying that it doesn't provide equal protection under the Constitution of California. However, my research of the California Constitution did not find any provision establishing a legal family unit. But it did find Article I Section 2, which establishes the political power as belonging to the people. Since 1848, California has had a practice under which marriage has been defined as a union between a man and a woman. Until last November, there was no legal grounds for this. So the people of California, by popular vote, established a law reaffirming that practice. So in a sense, since 1848, gay/lesbian couples have lived with the understanding that they could never be married. That lifestyle is a choice and these people have chosen to live with those truths. So, equal protection cannot apply since the practice has never been, to allowed such a union. And the current law has, by popular vote, reflected the collective will of the people. So, should the gay/lesbian community in the future, introduce for consideration by popular vote, a law legalizing gay/lesbian marriage, and it passes, then it will be law. But until such time, the will of the people of California should prevail. And to assert that it shouldn't, in itself is Unconstitutional. That assertion would violate Article I, Section 2 of the Constitution of the state of California. This whole stink is over an effort to extort additional benefits from employers. And to give financial benefits under the tax law, which are designed to assist legally married couples keep more of their earnings. By forcing employers to give benefits to gay/lesbian couples, California would risk losing jobs. Employers will just relocate to states in which these benefits don't have to be paid, or out of the country. So if you are a Californian, let your elected officials know that you wish the will of the people to prevail. Once debate is entered into the public record of the legislature, it becomes something that cannot be ignored. Please help pass the Social Security Reform package. We The People vs. Univ.of Colorado And Ward Churchill

The University of Colorado has been reported to have offered to buy out Ward Churchill's contract for around $500,000.00. In my opinion, this is a mistake. In his mind, he will see this as a victory. He needs to be publicly terminated to reduce the possibility of guest appearances in the future. Buying him off, would add credibility to him in the eyes of the radical leftists. And the people of the great state of Colorado, would foot the bill for promoting him as a legitimate public speaker. And this is wrong.
He is a fraud, he is liar, he is a plagiarist, and he is a traitor. He has made speeches insulting the memories of the innocent civilians, firefighters, and policemen, who perished in those 2 buildings and 4 airplanes on September 11, 2001. But for those who died, we owe it to their memories, to ensure that the lies that this fraud is putting forward are silenced. Those who were so brutally murdered by those monsters, were innocent. They have done nothing to deserve such a ghastly death. And his assertion that they were legitimate targets is deplorable.
He has hoodwinked the leadership of the University of Colorado by claiming to be a Native American. Using minority status to bully his way though his career. The source of his anger is a mental condition. He actually believes in something that isn't true. Something that he himself has fabricated. The idea that he is Native American. That notion is right off the stable floor and he knows it. But he's told that lie for so long that to him it's become fact. The Native American community should be in an up-rise over this fraud. He is casting a bad shadow on the Native American community by spewing his hateful messages and hiding behind his fraudulent minority status. Until just recently, he was given opportunities to speak at other universities, colleges, and other places, based on the notion that he is Native American. He has thus far, defrauded thousands of dollars from various sources. An end to this needs to happen. And only the University of Colorado is in a position to make this happen. They need to step up to the plate and take the responsibility to do a service to the American people. And the Native American community needs to be at the forefront of this movement. The University of Colorado needs to feel the pressure of the public. The people of Colorado are being insulted by the continued employment of this fraud. And I, as an American, am insulted that he is able to tell his lies and subversive tales under the shelter of the 1st Amendment. But the 1st Amendment doesn't give anyone the right to destroy the reputations and memories of others. That's libel and slander. And he should be sued for it.
During the controversy that has surrounded him as of late, information about his printing of material belonging to others has surfaced. He has authored papers that contain information derived from the research and work of others without proper credit. He has also re-printed a work of art belonging to another as his own. For this too he should be sued. And all of this should be grounds upon which he should be terminated by the University.
So why haven't they done it? It is my information that the President of the university is a radical herself. And under the recent scandals that came as a result of Mr. Churchill and another professor, she has decided to resign. So why are they offering to pay him to resign? They shouldn't. They should just tell him, "Sorry, but your services are no longer required," and to clean out his desk under the supervision of security. Then they should issue a press release condemning the statements that Churchill has made. And a public apology to the people of America and the state of Colorado, for the embarrassment that his employment has caused.
