Thousands Say Goodbye To The Holy Father

St. Peters Square
Thousands packed into St. Peters Square in Vatican City to pay their respects to the beloved Holy Father. Pope John Paul II passed away Saturday in his apartment at the age of 84. Serving the world as Pope from 1978 until present, he is the 3rd longest serving Pope in the history of the world. The Holy Father was the ultimate example of compassion. And his love for the world's children is unmatched. He will be sadly missed not only by Catholics, but all people of faith.
