President George W. Bush On The Road

I am so bewildered at the fact that this country does not appreciate good leadership. President George W. Bush has been on the road all weekend and received enthusiastic welcomes everywhere that he went. The people in Lithuania welcomed President and Mrs. Bush like rock stars. The people of the former Soviet Republic of Georgia like rock stars. And even in Russia, the President received a warm welcome. Why is it that people of foreign countries can appreciate our leader when so many here don't? Because they are moving into the light and many here in this country are moving into the darkness that they are emerging from. These people lived under the oppression that came with Socialism. And Socialism is the beginning phase of Communism. Oppression is something that we here in the United States have lived without for 229 years. These people lived through it recently. We can learn from countries like Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Georgia, Ukraine, Afghanistan, and Iraq. They know what a gift freedom is. And it was the United States that inspired them. They welcome George W. Bush with enthusiasm because he is the symbol of our country in theirs. By welcoming our President, they are welcoming the American people. At the heart of the President's agenda is the spreading of freedom to those who are oppressed. Which has been our charge since the institution of our nation. The Marine hymn says, "First to fight for right and freedom..." Now, I am not a Marine, but that pledge isn't just a Marine's obligation. It is our national obligation to the world. And our President knows that. Too bad that most on the left have forgotten that obligation. Help Put A Stop To The Most Dangerous Organization In America. We are trying to organize a march on all of the ACLU state offices in all of the 50 states. To help in this matter, we are trying to raise money to pay for advertising in our nation's newspapers promoting the march. You can help. Visit Bulldoze The ACLU online store and buy a bumper sticker or t-shirt. All of the proceedes will be going into advertising for this march. Thank You.
